- 1 lemon zested

Instructions
- Brown the butter and let it cool.
- Mix eggs and sugar until pale and thick.
- Slowly add dry ingredients, mix gently.
- Fold in cream until evenly combined.
- Pour batter into greased Madeleine pans, filling 3/4 full.
- Chill batter for 30 minutes (or longer, if desired).
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 1-2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
